Spanjeee zzzzz ;)

Zajtrk: shejk banana, svez pomarancni sok, jagode, borovnice

Malica: banana

Kosilo: vitki som, zelenjava s kurkumo (cvetaca, brokoli, gobice, korencek)

Malica: mandarina, kava, orescki

Malica: jajca z rozicevo moko, kokosovim mleko, cimet, med, mesano jagodicevje (hvala Nusa;) + omega 3

Vecerja (PMS danes ne pociva): malo cipsa ;( jokat sem se zacela ;)
